Here is how a sample rental process would work

Choose your Lease

You choose a keyboard to lease. Lets assume its for the minimum of 3 days.

  • You put down a security deposit covering the market price of the item rented. ($400.00).
  • You pay for shipping. ($34.20)
  • You pay for the cost of your rental period. ($30.00).

A total of $464.30 (plus applicable use tax) is collected at checkout. You sign your leasing contract and your keyboard is shipped out.

Receive your Lease

Your lease period starts on the day you receive your keyboard. You spend the remainder your lease period evaluating your keyboard and return it on the last day of your lease period using the original packaging and provided return label.

Return your Lease

Your lease return date is considered to be the time that the package is postmarked by USPS.

  • Your rental is received on time.
  • It is inspected for missing or damaged parts and is found to be in "rentable condition".
  • You are refunded your security deposit ($400.00).

The total lease cost for 3 Days is $64.20 (plus applicable use tax).

  • Renting a keyboard from our business is a straightforward process. Start by exploring our keyboard inventory, which currently only includes the MoErgo Glove80. Once you've chosen the keyboard that suits your needs, select your desired rental period, which can range from three days to several weeks. Add the keyboard to your cart and proceed to checkout. Provide the necessary information and payment details, and we will prepare the keyboard for pickup at our rental location or arrange for delivery to your specified address. When your rental period is over, return the keyboard, and we'll take care of any necessary maintenance and cleaning.

  • If you accidentally damage a rented keyboard while using it, please notify us immediately. We understand that accidents can happen. The extent of the damage will be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs from your security deposit. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to keyboard damage. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and we're here to assist you in resolving the situation as smoothly as possible.

  • This will depend on availability. If there are no other reservations for your requested extension, your reservation can be extended.  This will be addressed on a case by case basis.  Contact us if you want to extend your rental period.
